Grade School Ministry Building - Northland, A Distributed Church

Collage breaks ground on $28 million project for Northland, A Church Distributed as the church focuses on meeting the needs of a growing and changing congregation. The new grade school ministry building will consist of a 20,000 sf two-story state-of-the-art themed education building that will feature a unique blend of education, entertainment and meeting space. The 3,000 seat Sanctuary will be one component of a new 140,000 sf building. Additional elements oinclude enhanced communications allowing Northland to connect to current multi-site locations at Lyman High School, Mount Dora and West Oaks as well as locations across the globe in places such as Cairo, Egypt.

Jessica Clinton Community Park

This is a design/build project. Formerly Southbend Community Park, this project is a new 20-acre community park on a greenfield site. The primary features of the park are: 325 foot baseball field, soccer/ football field, practice field, restroom/ concession building, basketball court, tennis court, fitness trail and related sitework. The park is being designed to include the follow future amenities: 225-foot softball field, memorial garden, maintenance building, tennis court, bocce ball, press box, and additional parking. Project cost: $1,550,000.  

Miami Heights Elementary School/State School “Z-1”

This 46,000 SF design/build project includes design and construction of a two-story addition to an existing elementary school. This facility, which will serve kindergarten through primary grade levels, includes two new ESE classrooms, cafeteria/auditorium combination (cafeteria with full kitchen), and associated site work. The new building has been designed to maximize the remaining site area for recreational use. There will also be a new faculty and staff parking area and the existing parking lot will be modified to provide additional visitor parking and drop off area.
